COFFE MAKER

Please make sure there is water in the tank on the left, there is enough cofee (top) and there trash container is empty (right). Turn on using button on the right. After apprx 1 min the machine is ready. Chose coffee length from the ring on the big coffee button and push the big coffee button. Full manual HERE

TV with Set Top Box

Turn on TV and STB. You can watch past films, TV shows and programs on this TV (Timeshift). You can go back minutes or whole shows using the arrows. You can use the TV Guide/EPG button to view the complete program and chose the desired show. Paid channel activation (HBO/Diema XTRA, Max Sport) at extra cost is possible if requested.

TV without Set Top Box

Turn on TV and start the Networx Smart TV app (if it doesnt start áutomatically). You can watch past films, TV shows and programs on this TV (Timeshift). You can go back minutes or whole shows using the arrows. You can use the TV Guide/EPG button to view the complete program and chose the desired show. Paid channel activation (HBO/Diema XTRA, Max Sport) at extra cost is possible if requested.

SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO

There are two dispensers in the bathroom – one for showergel (white fluid) and shampoo (transparent fluid). Both are made by Dove.

WASHING MACHINE

Chose desired program -> chose washing temperature -> chose centrifugal speed -> (optional) chose additional functions and desired time of completion -> push start. You can also check the Full user manual

EV charging station is located at the parking space in front of the building. To charge you need to install the GigaCharger App, available for Android and iOS

For faster commuting, electric scooter rental is available 24/7. Once you install the Lime app (available for Android and iOS), you can quickly see where the closest available scooter is.

CLEANING ROBOT

For a great experience, cleaningness is essential. Hence we recommend that you turn on the cleaning robot when you go out the house. You can do this by taking the robot off the cable and pushing the start button. Please leave doors open so the robot can clean everywhere. The cleaning job takes apprx 45mins. After cleaning it is a good idea to empty the dust bin so it’s not spread at next cleaning. Here is how. After that, please put the charging cable back on.
